Sale of samples online

We clearly indicate the conditions of sale of our sample at the time of purchase. Customers are advised that we are offering these items at a discount because they have slight imperfections or are production samples. For this reason, all items listed here on this page are final , which means absolutely no returns or exchanges. As returns are not accepted, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own expense using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for items returned to us that do not arrive.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
