If your backpack or bag has suffered an accident, I will do everything possible to fix it. To admit a backpack or bag, please send me an email with detailed photos of it, so that I can provide you with an estimate for the repair.

I'll let you know where to send it , and I'll return it to you when it feels better.

I also ask that you cover the cost of shipping your backpack to my studio, but once it is fully recovered, I will return it to you free of charge anywhere in Spain.
