Returns and exchanges


Thank you for shopping at Bob Art Factory!

If you are not satisfied with one of our products when you receive it, you can return it to us for a refund.

We accept product returns when, for example, you don't like the product you ordered or if Bob Art Factory made a mistake about your order.
If this is your case, contact us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to


  • From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to return it.
  • We cannot exchange returned products for another item. You must place a new order if you want to buy another product.
  • Remember that the return shipping costs are at your expense.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exempt Assets

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
