DELIVERY

I sell products in Europe.

If someone wants to buy a backpack or a bag outside of the destinations that I have configured on the web, they can contact me at info@bobartfactory.com and I will indicate the costs and tariffs for their shipment.

 Keep in mind that you are buying a handmade product, which is made to order. The processing time is 5 days, to which the shipping time must be added. Except during sales and peak periods when this may take longer.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package throughout its journey. Feel free to contact info@bobartfactory.com if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order. We ship our packages with MAIL BOXES and a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are not present to receive your package, the carrier will leave you a calling card that will tell you how to pick up your package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you must pay to the courier company directly at the time of delivery.

If the package is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
